　　首先，對大家表示由衷的感謝。感謝過去一年諸位的支持與付出，讓我們能夠順利度過波瀾起伏的2022年，滿懷希望地迎接2023年的到來。

　　這一年，洲明人不畏國際形勢的復雜，堅持在國際市場中精耕深做、做大做強，我們?yōu)閲H重大政務活動保駕護航，為上合組織峰會、博鰲亞洲論壇、G20峰會提供了多套LED顯示屏及解決方案。當然，國內重大會議，我們也從未缺席——從全國政協(xié)常委會，2022全國兩會，到黨的二十大，洲明提供“見屏如面”的極致體驗，獲得一致認可。

　　這一年，也是超級體育年，我們抓住了關鍵機會：洲明為2022北京冰雪盛會打造LED地面顯示舞臺，中國式浪漫震撼世界;攜手FIBA重磅發(fā)布聯(lián)合產品，助力2022男籃歐洲杯華章再現(xiàn);與英國曼城足球俱樂部延續(xù)全球合作伙伴關系;并在年終的卡塔爾世界杯上，以3600平米LED顯示屏打造賽場內外的無限精彩……

　　這一年，我們持續(xù)走Mini/Micro LED的尖端之路：在小微間距產品布局上，洲明UMini II P0.7、P0.9、P1.2已實現(xiàn)規(guī)模量產，并且形成批量銷售，間距P0.3產品也處于實驗室開發(fā)階段。在封裝技術上，洲明UMini II產品采用40~80umRGB全倒裝芯片，通過精準抓取固晶技術實現(xiàn)COB集成封裝技術。另外，我們還同步開展了COG和硅基Micro LED技術研發(fā)工作。洲明大亞灣智造基地不斷釋放的產能，進一步加速整個行業(yè)步入Micro新時代。

　　這一年，我們還把握住了疫情影響下無接觸社交方式帶來的數字內容產業(yè)風口：不久前剛剛上映的電影《阿凡達2》就大量采用了XR虛擬拍攝技術，在虛擬拍攝領域，我們在海外保持技術及市占率領先的優(yōu)勢，先后亮相于百老匯、奧斯卡、格萊美等重磅活動。在全球140個數字影棚中，洲明就承建了近110個。同時，我們的虛擬拍攝渲染合成系統(tǒng),六軸XR虛擬拍攝機器人，以及自研非穿戴式動捕軟件“UACTION”等創(chuàng)新成果已經得到商業(yè)化落地;在裸眼3D創(chuàng)意內容方面，我們創(chuàng)造了LED戶外廣告行業(yè)首個裸眼3D數字虛擬人形象“祁小驀”，邁出了數字轉型的重要一步。我們的裸眼3D項目在沙特、突尼斯、科威特、菲律賓、新加坡、越南、韓國、深圳、武漢等地遍地開花，持續(xù)引領戶外裸眼3D廣告新時代……就在辭舊迎新的2023央視跨年晚會上，大家還可以觀賞洲明創(chuàng)意內容團隊所制作的精彩紛呈的數字內容盛宴。

　　多年來，公司一直致力于LED節(jié)能技術開發(fā)，成功榮獲工信部“工業(yè)產品綠色設計示范企業(yè)”，并累計投入了十幾億元進行EMC節(jié)能改造，在全球多個國家和地區(qū)成功實施LED節(jié)能照明項目，為全球經濟發(fā)展與生態(tài)文明的平衡做出貢獻。未來，我們也期待更多全球合作伙伴，與我們一起參與EMC項目，為雙碳節(jié)能做出貢獻。

　　在2022年的年尾，我們在中國聽到的好消息是:國家正式發(fā)布通告，對新型冠狀病毒感染實施“乙類乙管”，取消各種疫情管控措施。持續(xù)了三年的疫情終于要收尾了，中國的大門再次向全世界打開。歷史終于翻開新的篇章，我們也可以一掃陰霾，迎接嶄新的生活和工作，加足馬力，乘風破浪，希望在前!

　　可以想象，在新的一年，中國向全世界敞開大門，社會生活全面回復正常，經濟生活必然回暖。與此同時，我們洞察到行業(yè)廣闊的發(fā)展空間，未來行業(yè)的集中度會進一步提高，市場的優(yōu)勢資源還會持續(xù)向龍頭企業(yè)靠攏，行業(yè)已由最初的粗放型價格競爭轉向以資本、技術、制造能力、整體解決方案提供能力為代表的企業(yè)綜合實力競爭，洲明作為光顯行業(yè)引領者，已迎來重要發(fā)展契機。

　　Dear Unilumin clients, partners, colleagues and friends all over the world:happy new year!

　　I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude for all your support and effort in the past year, which enabled us to weather a turbulent 2022 and now embrace a promising 2023.

　　This year, against the backdrop of a complex international situation, Unilumin continued to dig deeper and grow bigger and stronger in the global market. We empowered such major international events as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit, the Bo’ao Forum for Asia (BFA), and the G20 Summit by providing multiple LED displays and solutions. It goes without saying that we also participated in big domestic conferences ranging from the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and 2022’s Two Sessions to the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. In these key national events, Unilumin delivered an unanimously recognized ultimate “display experience on par with in-person meetings.”

　　In 2022, we seized great opportunities presented by this super sports year: Unilumin played a part in creating a grand stage with LED display ground for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics, wowing the whole world with Chinese romance; we partnered with FIBA in the joint release of major products, fueling the reproduction of brilliant performances in the 2022 EuroCup; we extended our global partnership with Manchester City Football Club; and in the year-end FIFA World Cup Qatar, our 3600㎡ LED display delivered infinite visual feasts both inside and outside the arena.

　　This year, we adhered to the path of cutting-edge Mini/Micro LED. UMini II P0.7, P0.9 and P1.2 were already in mass production and bulk sales, and P0.3 products also entered lab development stage. UMini II products were equipped with 40~80umRGB flip chips and achieved the COB integrated packing technique via precise die bonding. Meanwhile, we also conducted development of COG and silicon-based Micro LED technology. In addition, the ever-growing production capacity of our Daya Bay smart manufacturing base further accelerated the entire industry’s entrance to the brand-new Micro era.

　　This year, we also seized digital content opportunities arising from the context of social distancing amid the global pandemic. The recently released film Avatar: The Way of Water, for instance, made extensive use of XR virtual photography technology in its production. In this field, we maintained a competitive edge both in technology and market share abroad, as evidenced by our presence in major international events such as on Broadway, at the Oscars, and at the Grammys. 110 out of the 140 digital studios around the globe were built by Unilumin. Meanwhile, our self-developed non-wearable motion capture software “UACTION” and innovations such as six-axis virtual photography robots were commercially utilized in projects such as X-TAGE and Asia Financial Center. We created the LED industry’s very first glass free 3D virtual character, “Qi Xiaomu,” reaching a major milestone in our transition to digitization. Our glass free 3D projects sprouted around the world, in places such as Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Kuwait, the Philippines, Shenzhen, and Wuhan, testifying to our consistent leading position in the new era of outdoor glass free 3D advertising. In the upcoming CCTV New Year’s Eve Gala, you can enjoy a splendid digital content feast produced by the Unilumin Creative Service Department.

　　Our commitment to the development of LED energy-saving technology over the years has earned us the honor of “Green Design Demonstration Enterprise for Industrial Products” from the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. We have invested more than one billion RMB in EMC energy-saving transformation, and successfully implemented LED energy-saving lighting projects in many countries and regions around the world, contributing to the balance between global economic development and ecological civilization. In the future, we also expect more global partners to participate in EMC projects with us and contribute to “double carbon” energy saving with our joint efforts.

　　At the end of 2022, we received the good news that China’s management of COVID-19 will be downgraded to Category B and various epidemic control measures will be scrapped. The three-year pandemic is finally coming to an end, and China’s door is once again opened to the world. As history has turned over a new leaf, we can also sweep away the haze and embrace a new style of life and work. Let us brave the wind and waves with full power towards the hopeful future ahead!

　　It is conceivable that in the new year, as China opens its doors to the world, social life will fully return to normal, and economic life will inevitably pick up. At the same time, we have gained insight into the enormous scope of industry development. Concentration of the industry will further increase in the future. Superior resources of the market will continue to move to leading enterprises, and the industry has already shifted from initial extensive price competition to competition in comprehensive enterprise strengths characterized by capital, technology, manufacturing capacity, and overall solution delivery. Unilumin, as a leader in the Metasight industry, has ushered in an important period of golden opportunities for development.

　　We must always focus on technology and design; constantly improve the overall solution of “hardware + system + software + content + interaction” Metasight; promote the application of LED in emerging scenarios such as commercial complexes, cultural tourism complexes, sports complexes, and metaverses; enhance our social and economic value; and deliver a more immersive audio-visual experience to the audience. We will continue to strengthen the research and development of new technologies and new products for Mini LED and Micro LED and take practical actions to promote mass production and commercialization of products, for the sake of benefiting more families and individuals. The road ahead is long and arduous, so we must press forward with perseverance.

　　The global upsurge of the xR virtual production application has shown the world the unlimited potential of the film and television industry. As the world’s No.1 company in this market segment, we are duty-bound to lead the development of the industry. Through the iteration of LED display products, we will make full efforts in the fields of digital engine, LED movie-level display, real-time camera tracking, motion capture, cloud data storage and transmission; and apply Unilumin’s xR virtual photography solutions to more film and television bases, create more good works of great popularity, provide valuable spiritual wealth for the society, tell China’s stories, and spread universal values.

　　As the Chinese saying goes, “one’s capacity to fulfill difficult tasks hinges on one’s own strength.” 2023 is undoubtedly a year full of opportunities, but opportunities always favor those who are prepared. Fortunately, in the past three years, we have been working hard internally, always emphasizing internal management, strengthening team awareness, and improving organizational capabilities. Each team has gradually grown to be an efficient learning unit, which is not only able to win battles, and good at winning battles, but also able to pay attention to operations and understand management. This is another reason why we can gain a firm foothold in both the domestic and international markets.

　　As the bell is about to ring for the New Year, faced with the rising digital tide in days to come, I am convinced that the LED industry is bound to have a bright future. Let us work together to write the new chapter of 2023!
